Placed add in Craig's List pretending to be the owner of a property for lease. The property was listed under a Real State Agency and he said their fees were unfair, and since he was sent to Africa in some Christian Mission, just wanted to rent to someone who could watch his house, keep it clean... He wanted $600 deposit then he would send keys and documents regarding the lease. I drove by the house and found the "real owners" cleaning it. They said that the Agency had told them already about someone claiming to rent this property for a lot less money.
