Most likely, just another spammer, blasting their **** at any addresses they can get hold of. At *best* BWN is a pack of idiots who have bought a list of addresses that the seller *claims* opted in to receive such thing. In my case of course that claim is totally bogus, yet they spam me daily. (No, I am NOT going to use their opt-out link and thereby validate my address so they can then sell it to MORE spammers! Anyone who falls for that scam is clearly new to the concepts behind what spammers do. I've been fighting these ******** since the early '90s.)

They sent an unsolicited email to me. As a retiree, information on how to pay my employees holds no interest for me, so it was obviously just a spamming effort.
The email also showed my name and email address as the SENDER information, allowing it to evade my email scanners.
I have no desire to use their "unsubscribe" function as I don't wish to confirm my email address.
