Complaint by AH Daley :

How is it that this band of scammers continue to defraud people under what is in all appearances an official e-mail address? What is most disturbing is the thought of how these bandits are using the information handed over to them. The solution for would be EHIC applicants is to check-check-check and check again before giving out personal details.

Complaint by Lisa Anderson :

I've been scammed for £9.95 but was silly enough not to read the information more carefully. I as looking for an E111, and thought this was the page I was looking for, I was taken aback when it asked me to pay, as E111 were always free. As much as I am annoyed about wasting money, I am concerned my details will be used fraudulently, is there any history of identity theft via this website?

Complaint by William Landell Mills :

ehics0509@ehic.org.uk I see I am not the only one who has been ripped off by these people. And this was recent. 23 March 2015. £23 is not very much but this is clearly criminal activity. Why is Google permitting these thieves to operate?

Complaint by David Spellane :

I ordered 3 ehic cards from these people not knowing that this was not the official website and paid 3 x £23.99 for a service I could have got for free. Is there no way that these scum can be stopped, prosecuted and made to refund all monies back to all those who have been duped ? I suppose all that will happen is that the email address will be suspended and they will create another one !! Where is justice in the UK when you want them ??

Complaint by Terri Nicholls :

I ordered 2 ehics cards via this website not realising the cards are free and beleiving this to be a government service organisation. I received the first card but not the second and cannot find a contact for the either phone, the one they gave is the official service which is FREE ,or the email address to email them. False representation at least.

Complaint by d thomson :

This email address had NHS in it the first time I saw it and when I got an answer from them it had ehics0509@ehic.org.uk. I thought this was the official NHS website and sent them £19.99 for my ehic card. Now I realise this card is free and something should be done about this fraudulent company. All these scam email addresses should be made to give refunds to their unsuspecting clients. They have just received money for absolutely nothing that I could not have done myself. They are parasites looking for a fast buck and to dupe people, as in rogue traders but only it's online. This should be made a crime and they should be charged under the law. Is there anything that can be done to get them to pay back the money they received by deception?
