He has sent me numerous emails saying he will purchase what I have for sale with no follow through, asking if I received the money he sent, etc.

This guy tried to buy something from me. He even offered to send extra money for my troubles for paying the movers with the extra money he would send. When I told him I would wait for him to get back in town and he should send a check to his own movers he never responded back. Total scam!
