There was no sender name. Everything was showing amazon.com.
However when looking up the IP address: 122.155.0.124 It shows up at Thailand.
Here is the actual body of the email:
Dear Customer,
Your order has been successfully canceled. For your reference, here's a summary of your order:
You just canceled order 108-371-6139 placed on May 3, 2012.
Status: CANCELED
