The person who is using this email address is a scammer and a fraudster.
He keeps posting adverts for high value giftcards that is he apparently selling. I have been conned by this person and had to involve PayPal to try to get my money back for the item he was apparently selling. He has been banned from one popular website in UK - WATCH OUT!!!
