My free SterJo Netstalker software started blocking this IP three days ago. between 56 and 61 attempts made daily. No other software of mine (Emsisoft or Windows Firewall) has notified me of the block. But then Windows Firewall gives an Event 2011 (unable to notify user of (block)) and I haven't been able to correct that. Don't know what I'm doing.
