I received an email from this IP address that was entirely unsolicited. What holds my attention about it, is it lists an address that I used to live at and that I visited last weekend. I think the hacker is tracking me through my GPS on my cell phone, which has my email coming to it also. This is scary. The hacker is in Russia, and sent this email and I opened it. I feel it will be able to connect to me now on my home computer, but I don't know what to do about it.

Well, I'm sure there are some really nice people living in Ukraine. Unfortunately, those Ukrainians who show up on my weblogs are the worst of the worst. Today, someone with this Ukrainian IP number used a spider on my website doing the most complete PHP- and "Admin"-tools search I have yet seen. They were at least as nice as to identify the thing as "Gootkit auto-rooter scanner". Google will tell you what an infernal machine this is.

Was poking around and noticed some weird stuff coming at my server from the same spot. First thought it was a glitch but nah, it's been trying a few tricks. Lo0ks like they're fishing for open doors or something. Nobody home for them though, logs caught it red handed. If anyone else sees it, might wanna double check your locks. Kind of tired of cleaning up after these script kiddies every week. Can't people just use the internet for cat videos instead?
