This ip address turned out to be T-Mobile USA, Inc. I am a T-mobile customer that does not want to buy their data plan. My phone has been pinged by several addresses and this ip address is one of them. I have been charged big time for using the data service, which in fact it was not me who used it but T-Mobile did it to my phone. Is this the right business practice or can it be considered fraud?
