i was told that he was selling 3 rottwiler puppies for 250.00 each and he had 3. stated to send the money via western union to a intl company. this person has changed there email numerous times and had a fake so called agency emailing me with the name and address to send the money too. DO NOT SEND MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN COMMENT BACK TO THIS SCAMMER THAT CANNOT GET A REAL JOB.

This person David is saying he is supposely in Singapore Malaysia. I have a program on my computer that tells me when and what time and where this email was read. The ip showing is 184.82.239.52 which states that the location for this ip is in Losangeles California. Does this mean that David is responding to my emails from California?

nope it means that Yahoo mail servers are in California. The IP location it's showing you is that of Yahoo mail, not his computer, Yahoo mail hides the location from which the email was read.
