[1]Asking payment again and again to customer that was prepaid whole year fee. [2]No technical support at all,phone never answer and keeping on playing music. [3] Illegal charge to credit card without getting permission from customer. [4] Illegal charge $2 fee for invoice sent by mail. [5] Internet service was cut off four times per year more than 12 hours per day without warning to user. And nobody on duty to answer for such interruption. [6] A very bad management team and seems it controls and runs business through internet in CHINA. [7] Its Montreal office is sited in a small room.
