I.P Address "219.146.8.78" was Detected and Terminated by MBAM PRO, as an "Incoming" malicious website attempting to make contact with my computer. Now, I get a couple of pop-up warnings per day from MBAM PRO, informing me that a malicious website is attempting to access my system, but are terminated automatically. I have recently dumped Symantec (reached EOL), which had become worthless, for AVAST Free Edition, which has been a great Anti-virus program, and have upgraded from MBAM FREE, to MBAM PRO for less than $20, for the Real Time Protection Module, to monitor and terminate, malicious connection attempts such as these. AVAST has two executables in TASK MANAGER, and MBAM has three for a total of five (5) running processes; far less than Symantecs ~eight (8) running processes for one program, until it updates, then you've got ~ten (10) processes running; and it's computer freezing, resource hogging executables, never detected the root-kit, operating from a hidden location on the harddrive, that MBAM free found and removed on it's first scan. My computer was most likely on it's way to a severe infection, and system comprimise before installing these two FREE solutions. And, by dumping the CPU intensive AV programs, cleaning my system, and having a Three Hundred GB (300GB) hardrive installed, after the original melted down, my 2003 Gateway 500 XL+, Windows XP SP3, is blindingly fast again.

Well well looks like someone hit our firewall with weird packets last night. Attempting to PORTSCAN SSH at 3AM thats bold or just dumb. We seen your fake proxy traffic bouncing around our logs. My scripts got more eyes than a gossip blog and they never sleep. Next time come stronger or just give up before you burn your own routes. No offense but your little probe smells like a bad idea gone stale. We gonna keep watching you until your noisy scans disappear.

This hacker comes from all over the world and the U.S. using different IPs. By tapping into the host name then again into the foreign address's host name I come up with the IP of 67.234.4.60 on a regular basis. The idiot seems to come from the area of a small town called Williamsburg in Pa.
