This IP address came up along with some other info while I was online via my android phone resetting a password for a site that I use. It indicated some type of error msg!?!? I have been having trouble for years with phones overheating, desktops crashing and the latest victim was my new MacBookPro!! How can I get rid of all this junk and why am I being targeted???!!! I am a nobody, have nothing and barely know my way around the internet, yet alone how or what to do about all this. I AM TIRED OF FEELING FOLLOWED OR WATCHED ALL THE TIME, TO THE POINT OF ALMOST NOT EVEN WANTING TO USE THE INTERNET!!! Can some one out there help me?? Google will not, I have sent multiple requests and phone calls and never had any follow up and my mobile provider is not much better. Plus now I am stuck with a very $$$ expensive paperweight with the Apple logo on it!!! THIS IS NOT RITE!!! Dont I have rites as a consumer??? And to top it all off, they are messing with a person that is physically disabled and the web is my window to the outside world when I am bedridden!! SHAME ON YOU, WHO EVER YOU ARE!!! Karma will catch up to you too one day, so better be ready!! I JUST WANT MY PRIVACY AND TO FEEL SAFE WHILE IM ONLINE, IS THAT TO MUCH TO ASK?!?!

Someone is running a crawler under this IP that belongs to a German provider offering inexpensive servers. Of course this crawler is masquerading as a browser, is not reading robots.txt, and laps up the content of disallowed folders. But what else can you expect from a company that offers cheap servers?
