Hello, I am writing to you regarding a web site registered by dynadot and that you host. The website in question is okz.ca, which engages in activities that violate dynadot’s terms and conditions and which could also be considered unlawful. I am contracted by two massage therapists to manage their advertising. So I write ad copy for them and advertise their services on kijiji.ca in Montreal, Canada. What okz.ca does is copy these ads from kijiji word for word and places them on their website without authorization. I cannot reach okz as they have no phone number or email address listed anywhere. Here are links to the ads in question; https://okz.ca/ad/54775462-full-body-massage-in-private-place (first one page that says expired) https://okz.ca/ad/60178631-excellent-full-body-massage-in-private-place (also expired) Example of legit ad in kijiji; https://www.kijiji.ca/v-sante-beaute/ville-de-montreal/excellent-full-body-massage-in-private-place/1471323843 This activity is clearly in violation of point number 7 of dynadot’s service agreement where it says “activities that constitute fraud or that have a fraudulent purpose; activities that are designed to or that effectively infringe upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of a third party” and also “invasion of privacy or publicity rights of a third party” I am not the only person reporting this as confirmed by the following link; https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/okz.ca I am asking that you terminate the website of okz.ca as their activities are harming those who are doing legitimate business. Thank you, Bernie Stephenson berniem3@hotmail.com 438-764-0057

DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.

WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.

** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
