Don't know if anyone is aware of this but the IP address in question is registered to the Naval Air Field in Mountain View California, so yes if these soldiers say they were having an affair with your spouse or using this particular computer to send out e-mails it may very well be a public computer on base that soldiers are using, not just one soldier but possibly many.

FYI mr jdcoord@gmail.com, the IP is a Tor relay, meaning that the person using the IP can't be identified. Tor is an ID anonymizing service and you have no way of finding out who was responsible.
