This is the IP address used by someone under the aliases Jodi Andrew, Jodi James, Jodi Meech, and meejod0 on eBay. They bid on items on eBay and then when they win the auction they ask you to text them on a number that turns out to be from Text Now (a free phone number generating app). They ask you to send a separate invoice directly through PayPal rather than buying it through eBay. They will then inform you that they paid the invoice and in order for the funds to be transferred you have to ship the item and send them tracking info. This is a scam and you will not get paid. Do not under any circumstances do business with this individual.
