This is a real puzzler. What interest can an American construction enterprise have to run a bot that seems to be a spam harvester --? Which bot, BTW, visits exactly the same pages on my website that another crawler, allegedly from Romania, is used to visit! Of course, neither 69.17.67.130 nor the Romanian bot care to read robots.txt.
